COVID-19

We (at Three Fates) understand the severity of the COVID-19 pandemic, and will be proceeding to tattoo with heightened measures of precaution and sanitary practices.

As always, we operate by appointment only, and will continue to do so to limit the risk of exposure. In order to keep our work environment at the most minimal risk, we ask that our clients observe a few measures before coming to your scheduled appointments.

REQUIREMENTS TO BE TATTOOED

1. We will require everyone to wear a mask at all times while in the studio. We encourage everyone to consider purchasing a reusable/washable mask.

Your entire nose and mouth MUST be covered the entire time.

If you need to take a water or food break that you step outside.

2. We will  take your temperature once you enter the shop.  Once cleared, please use the provided hand sanitizer or wash your hands.

3. We have gone digital with our waivers, please make sure all forms are filled out before you arrive for your appointment

5. We have increased our already stringent cleaning protocols. We continue to use hospital-grade disinfectants and cleaners and disinfect common area surfaces and door handles.

6.We ask that you confirm with us that you are not expressing any symptoms of illness within 72 hours prior to your appointment.

7.We ask you to inform your artist if you have recently been in contact with anyone expressing symptoms of illness.

8.Please arrive to your appointment freshly showered and wearing clean clothes.

9.We ask that you arrive to your tattoo appointment alone. Only clients receiving a tattoo will be permitted into the shop.

10.We ask that you not consume food within the shop.

We also want to make sure you are aware of the risks of receiving a tattoo during the pandemic. The body's immune system is slightly compromised for 3-4 after receiving a tattoo, which may make you more vulnerable to contracting COVID-19.

Here are a few extra measures we are taking at Three Fates to ensure the safety of our clients:

•As stated above, all artists will be required to wear face masks while in the building.

•Artists will completely sterilize work area in between appointments.

•We are reducing our hours and appointment times so we have more time to clean, and less overall exposure.

•We will be taking your temperature before you are allowed to enter the building. If your temperature is above 100.4 degrees, you will be denied entry and we will reschedule your appointment.

•We are waiving additional deposit charges in the event you must reschedule due to symptoms of illness. If you're feeling at all under the weather, please reach out before you come to your appointment, we are very understanding.

We know you're doing your best to navigate this trying time. We are eternally grateful for your patience, trust, and continued support as we move into the unknown.

Three Fates will always do our best to stay informed on what we need to do to keep our clients healthy.
